RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on items in new condition with original packaging and tags.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at contact@spoiledmonkey.com with your order number and reason for return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • •Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  • •Returns must be mailed within 14 days of approval.
  • •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
  • •Any items that are not in resellable condition will be returned to the sender.
  • •There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

EXCHANGES

We also accept exchanges. If you need a different size or color, just let us know.

Please note: The goods must be returned in perfect condition. We will not accept any dirty goods, stained, used, damaged, washed, or anything making it unsuitable for reselling. It is asked to carefully try the clothes on.
